Hello and welcome to the Live Well resource library! This space has been specifically designed to help and support you to consciously create your life. Here you’ll find a wealth of resources containing information and inspiration that will supplement and complement the work we do together through personal coaching.
What’s in the resource library?
You’ll find information on:
what coaching is and how to prepare for the coaching sessions (this is useful for both new and existing clients)
the Your Whole Life approach
mindset mastery, including values, beliefs, and habits
planning & action-taking tips and strategies
Prior to a session, I might recommend you read through an information sheet, watch a video, listen to an audio, or work through a series of prompts. Doing this work will help you get the most out of our time together and ultimately help you create a life that feels fulfilling—one that has you feeling fully alive!
Why use the resource library?
We’ll cover a lot in our conversations, but we can’t cover everything and you’ll also need to do work in preparation for and following each session.
The resource library contains a curated range of resources that will help you do the inner and outer work needed so you can live your life fully.
I believe it’s possible for everyone to live well. But it won’t just happen and it can’t happen if you sit on the sidelines of your life.
Truth be told, not many will do the work because it’s too hard, or they’ll (sadly) think change isn’t possible for them and they’ll settle for what is.
And then there’s YOU.
You’ve put your hand up and committed to yourself, to living well, and to helping others the best way you can.
There’s no magic wand that either of us can wave to transform your life. And although it might seem nice not to have to do the work, you really won’t want to skip over it. Because the learning and growth you gain from the experience will be invaluable.
No more settling or denying yourself of how you want to live. It’s time to live well and the best time to do that is now.
