Values
We all have values but they’re not something that often gets explored, and that’s a shame because as you’ll learn, values underpin your life and influence everything you do and say. Beliefs
We all have beliefs and like values, we’re so often not aware of what they are. But if you want to create change in your life so you can live well, knowing your beliefs is key to your success. Habits
Approximately 40% of what you do and say each day is done out of habit. That’s a lot that will happen without you being consciously aware of it. And while habits are really useful, it’s important to make sure the habit itself is helpful.
