Days flying by in a blur? Try this.

Have you ever got to the end of a day, week, month or even a year and felt like it disappeared in a blur? It can be frustrating, right, especially if you’re not making progress on what matters to you. And it’s not that you aren’t doing anything because you are. It’s just that what you’re doing is probably not aligned with your dreams and goals.

Let me share with you now the 4-step planning approach that could change all of that! Imagine that! Imagine what could change if you felt more in control, more purposeful in all eight areas that make up your whole life.

This simple, yet powerful approach, is designed to help you live consciously. Because it’s only when you commit to consciously directing your life, that you’ll feel a greater sense of achievement and fulfilment.

Ready to roll up your sleeves and learn the 4-steps?

Yes. Great, I thought you'd say that! 😉

First up, grab your Live Well Life Planner or if you don't have the Planner (yet), use your journal or a book and...

Review the day, week, month or year that's been.

Write anything and everything that comes to mind about the month. Think about your successes, achievements, proud moments and special events. And think about what didn’t go well or didn’t get done, and the things that frustrated you or caused stressed.

Reflect on the lessons you've learnt and what you're grateful for.

Of which there'll be many! But you need to slow down (pause and breathe) and take the time to look closely. Because so often we’re so busy beating ourselves up about everything we haven’t done or didn’t do well, that it blocks us from seeing the lessons and what we’re grateful for.

Release anything that doesn't serve you.

Because there'll be *things* you no longer need. Thoughts, beliefs, roles, responsibilities, things on your To Do list and more! While they might have been useful at some point (or not), they're not needed going forward. It's time to let go.

Reset your focus.

The key with this is to think about your dreams and goals, and then decide what you need to do now. By thinking about it that way, you’ll have greater align between your day to day actions and your dreams and goals. Oh and if you're prone to coming up with a gazillion things that need to be done, whoa up. Remember ...

You can do anything BUT not everything. Choose well.

It’s possible to live well, to navigate the twists & turns of life with clarity and confidence, but it can only happen if you’re consciously choosing what you’ll give your attention, energy and focus to.
