The benefits of reviewing your life regularly
/Even when you're committed to living life well, you can still get caught up in busyness, feel constrained by shoulds and expectations, and push your dreams for your life out into the future.
And that's why I recommend regularly checking in with yourself.
Committing time to pause, breathe and reset is an INVALUABLE live well strategy that helps you consciously create your life.
It’s a powerful tool for learning and growth, helping you stay focused, maintain balance, and progress towards your goals and dreams.
Check-in frequency
In terms of developing a cycle or rhythm for check-ins, you can do them annually, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily; sometimes, I even do them during a task!
Your Live Well Life Planner and the quarterly workbooks contain pages and prompts for this work. Journalling to reflect on your dreams, tune into your feelings, and explore what is and isn't working well is helpful, too.
Two ways to do the check-in
You can do this self-reflection on your own, but you can also include working with a life coach, like me, for some of the check-ins.
I can help you go deeper, think more expansively, and create even the seemingly scariest changes in your life.
It's like working with a personal trainer to improve your health and fitness, except our focus is your life!
Remember, you're not alone in this journey. When you work with me, you're not just getting guidance; you're getting a wrap-around support system.
You're way more likely to get better results when you have someone who understands and supports you.
And that's where I can help!
Personal coaching to help you live well
If you haven't had personal coaching sessions with me before, there's a range of options. Once I know where you're at and what you want help with, I can recommend the best approach.
To give you an idea, here are the five options:
A one-off session.
6 sessions over three months.
Monthly or quarterly sessions.
Half or full-day vision & planning customised workshop.
A bespoke program with a mixed approach.
